I just spent the whole day going through a few hundred lines of services done over the past three years and checking against file records if they have been billed for. I am hopping mad!

On the brighter side, tomorrow is Friday and this Friday is the best Friday in year 2010 because Friday = TGIF + Pay day + Bonus day! That's a double hit combo into my bank account!
