feb is gonna be fab!

i'm all geared up for chinese new year! new tops new bottoms new undies new shoes new flipflops thanks to my dearest eun & weili, new makeup/acessories/shower stuff thanks to apple, to lishi jiawen keewei, to the cats, the boobear, leslie, to jiawen huiyee keatwee + xingying, to may and i even have very red slippers to wear at home when i play mahjong so i'm HUAT AH!
but after much thought i've come to a realization that......my family doesn't celebrate chinese new year aside from having reunion dinner together and trading oranges for red packets. hence, my efforts to prepare for it are absolutely unnecessary. speaking of which, reunion dinner means added inches to the WASTEline. i shall starve on monday and tuesday.

valentine's day is coming. we've never been the sort of couple to get all hyped up for vday. but just so that we won't frown at each other for sitting at home on a day for the celebration of love, we went for zi char last year.
sizzling hotplate of egg tofu and mucus running down you gotta keep blowing your nose cause the sambal chilli from the stingray and the sambal kangkong. oh and we sipped to lime juice and lychee juice ma.
this year i'm wondering what we could do. maybe we'll have picnic under the stars and sip on red wine (many thanks to lewis :D:D)...................

i have a new board game. or rather card game. it's abit like bridge and pipelines combined. but i have no one to play it with. pouts.
