so today began quite horribly. woke up to immense discomfort and a blinding headache. woken up by blaring sounds of the drill and the occasional (more like every few seconds) knock-knock-knock.

wheeeeee. what a horrible day.

went back to bed after drinking a whole kettle of water.

woke up to more drilling and a yelling boy at my front door. made declaration that i'm unfit for work.

went back to bed after drinking a jug of water.

woke up feeling bloated like a swimming pool.

a big kiss to all you people whom i miss. not that it really looks like a juicy kiss, but i tried. really. my parents stopped me from clicking for tickets to Sawadiland so i'm stuck in our little lion city. i would very much prefer to be in the land of a thousand smiles with my dearest party friends but it's Father's day this weekend so i'll try to be good.


lately, i've been spending my time trying to earn some kachings to put back into my really miserable bank account. to have such an amount, or rather non-amount, at 22, is a disgrace.
i really enjoy my current job. the hours are suitable and the environment is fairly relaxed. i'm not complaining. i love the fact that i get to have most part of the day to myself, before heading down for work.

my last paper in less than 48 hours time. not really looking forward to it. you know the irony of time is, the more time you have, the lesser time you actually have cause you waste so much time doing 101 other less important things.


but in 48 hours time, i'll set foot in town to shoppppp! laggard, i know. but like they always say, better late than never. HO HO! that's something to look forward to.


am sooooo bored...and i can't sleep! as usual. TSK.

i'm reading my textbook now cause i don't wanna waste my $53. HAHA. how practical.

10 in the morning and i haven't slept. spent my night rolling around and pacing up and down my room, occasionally staring into the mirror, or looking at the random car that drives past the street downstairs. everything but study. WAH LAU EH. wasting my time and money. TSK TSK TSK.
also spent a good part of the night catching up with chi on webcam. still as lame as ever. He has so many cool gadgets (diving comp, wii, cars and what not)...the perks of being a pilot i guess. and the first singaporean to be a space boy! how mega coool. guess the space shoes he wore back in JC brought him some luck. LOL.


shall wait for ryanie to drop by before heading to bed. i'm all up for cuddles and snuggling up. sure beats sleeping alone. call me a kid, but i still like (or rather need) people to lull me to bed.

as of all other days, i couldn't get to sleep last night. you toss and turn and get so frustrated you simply climb out of bed instead. OR, you sleep for a good one to two hours and that's all you can muster. and then you spend the following day stumbling around and doing your stuff with only 50% effort. sucks, really.


my room looks like a junk yard with clothes unwashed, bed undone, empty bottles standing on my table, books files and newspapers, reader's digest lying on my bed with dog + cat ears. and i know it still looks v nice and neat to everyone else, but i guess it's just a matter of perspective isn't it? ha.


i'm heading out soon to study my ass off. i hope i get so exhausted that i tumble into bed and sleep like a log...the sort where i don't even have the energy to much less make a single twitch.

this dreaded ear of mine is causing me so much problems. glowy has a swollen and painful right ear. and she can't even hear proper cause the ear canal's puffy and clogged with pus.
to the doctor's the other day, and then to the polyclinic today.
i pushed through the door and lo and behold, an old friend sitting in the doctor's chair. wriggles jiggles giggless. oh how time flies. people graduate and join the workforce. come this year, even more people i know will start working full time.

ryanieeee. let's grow up, get married and be DINKs so that 60 years down, we'll be WOOFs!
